Hingham exploring new revenue streams
As are many communities south of Boston, Hingham is struggling with increased expenditures and diminished revenues, but unlike in many municipalities that see no relief to their budgetary pressures, Hingham residents at tomorrow night’s Town Meeting will also consider proposals that could bring millions of dollars into the town’s stressed coffers, officials say.
