This may not be our first post about Braciole but I was reminded last night just how great of a recipe it is. and, I am not just talking about how great it tastes, but the dependability of it. Honestly, it is hard to screw this up. and after the meats and cheeses have been simmering in sauce for a few hours, it is going to be juicy no matter what you do. so, if you have people coming over and you are looking for a recipe that is delicious, minimal effort while your guests are in your home, and pretty darn hard to mess up – this is for you.
