about 4 months ago, I became friends with this Virgo guy that I work with. We’re really good friends, he teases me a lot, we text and talk on the phone occasionally but not often. The thing however is that we are just good friends, neither he or I have shown or indicated any interest other than friendship, so there is no flirting going on or anything that might mislead the other to think something else.
Wednesday at work is when he started acting really strange. we had been texting prior to working together Wednesday and I told him I couldn’t wait to see him because we almost never get to see each other at work. keep in mind though, I am NOT flirting with him when I tell him I miss him or I can’t wait to see him. That’s how I talk to everyone, females included. I also have my Venus in Gemini, so that could also be why I say such things without the intention of it being considered flirting.
So Wednesday comes and I’m talking to another co-worker of mine as I arrive, and we start walking away and I hear someone say “Ok woman!” and I turn around and it’s him, and I start smiling and I say “Omg, I missed you, walk with me” (I was putting my coat away). I asked him if he missed me and he goes “No” and I said “Reaaaaally?!” and he starts laughing and says no. there was nothing really strange there because as I said, he teases me like that all the time where he’d say something “mean” but he’s really joking.
What’s started the series of strangeness was how he was looking at me. Like in the beginning of the night, as he was talking to me he stared me straight in the eyes and looked as though he was in deep thought. I can’t really describe it, but it’s almost as if he was gazing into my eyes. and even from a distance, his eyes were so expressive when he looked at me. keep in mine we talk all the time at work, and he’s NEVER looked at me like this.
The other co-worker that I mentioned earlier told me that he (Virgo) thought I was cute. I asked him what did he say and he said he didn’t say anything but he could tell by the way he talks to me. I assumed it was because maybe he’s really friendly towards me, and so in defense I told the co-worker that we’re friends so that’s why he talks to me a lot. and he said that the way I talk to him and the way he talks to me are different.
As the night neared an end, my Virgo friend amped the strangeness. He came around me a lot during the night, like every time I looked up he was next to me. He was being really goofy but at the same time seemed a tad nervous. I’m a Cancer so I might be reading too much into his actions lol. but he’s never acted like that before. He then asked what I was doing Friday, which puzzled me because we had already made plans to hang out Friday.
I’m 21 and he’s 19. He has a Pisces moon, Venus in Leo and Mars in Gemini.
I hear that Virgos tend to disappear or ignore someone when they like them, but I hope that isn’t the case because we are FRIENDS and that would suck. how would a Virgo act if he started crushing on a FRIEND as opposed to some random girl he thought was attractive and wanted to get to know?
Could it be that my Cancer mind is reading too much into things? It’s just weird because he’s never acted that way, or looked at me that way before and it’s like it all just came on out of no where, no subtle signs or hints or anything. sorry this was long, I tried to break it up into small paragraphs so it would be easier to read.
